The Rhubarb & Strawberries are from the
Stonington Farmer's Market. This pie crust has a little bit of cinnamon and sugar in the dough, but it is completely dairy free. The pies turned out very well and I am tasting my very first attempt at Rhubarb Strawberry Pie - crumb topping with brown sugar....Quite tasty. The key - as always is not to over-knead the pastry dough.
